ABOUT JAYDEN
Jayden Maiava is a standout collegiate quarterback known for his size, accuracy, and dual-threat play. He began his career at UNLV, where as a redshirt freshman he led the Rebels to their most wins since 1984, threw for over 3,000 yards with 17 touchdowns, earned Mountain West Freshman of the Year, and set the league record with five Mountain West Freshman of the Week honors. He was also named College Football Network Freshman Quarterback of the Year and earned All-Mountain West Second Team honors. After transferring to USC, Maiava took over as the Trojans’ starting QB late in 2024 and in 2025 led the Big Ten in passing yards (3,431), yards per game, yards per completion, and total offense, while ranking No. 1 nationally in total QBR. He was named a finalist for the 2025 Polynesian College Football Player of the Year Award and selected to the 2025 Davey O’Brien National Quarterback Award Class.
