Nashville, TN – All-SEC quarterback and top NFL Draft prospect Ty Simpson has renewed his partnership with sports marketing agency QB Reps. The Nashville-based firm represented Simpson throughout his college career at the University of Alabama and will continue to direct marketing and brand management for the Martin, Tennessee native who emerged as one of the nation’s premier signal callers this season.

A finalist for the 2025 Manning Award and Heisman Award front-runner for much of the season, Simpson ranked 2nd among SEC quarterbacks and in the top ten nationally in passing yards (3,567) and passing touchdowns (28) in leading Alabama to the SEC title game, the College Football Playoff, a playoff victory on the road against Oklahoma, and 11 total wins. The season included a conference-best streak of eight straight victories against SEC opponents and nine total wins against teams that were ranked in the AP Poll during the 2025 season.

Simpson earned numerous additional awards and accolades for his outstanding play this year. He was a semifinalist for the Maxwell Award and Walter Camp Player of the Year, each presented to the nation’s top player. He was named a midseason All-American by the AP and a semifinalist for the Davey O’Brien Award which recognizes the top quarterback in college football.

Simpson projects as a top three quarterback in the 2026 NFL Draft and has earned first-round projections by numerous media outlets. Noted for his leadership and dynamic play, Simpson served as Alabama team captain and was the last remaining quarterback recruit from the Nick Saban era to play for the Crimson Tide. An outstanding student, Simpson earned both his undergraduate and Master’s degrees from the University of Alabama while maintaining a 3.63 GPA. He was active in various faith-based efforts on campus and volunteered his time for the Big Brothers Big Sisters program of Tuscaloosa.

Simpson is a proven brand partner, participating in successful engagements with nearly 20 brands during his college career. He was featured in multiple national campaigns this past season with Gatorade, Meta, Hugo Boss, EA Sports, Fanatics, CVS, Yeti, Raising Cane’s, Oliver Cabell, and Regions Bank, among others. Simpson has a strong and growing presence on social media. He had several of the most viewed and shared pieces of content in college football in 2025 and saw a nearly 70% growth in followers since the start of the season.

Simpson is part of a dynamic client list for QB Reps, joining former Illinois star Luke Altmyer in this year’s QB Reps class preparing for the 2026 NFL Draft.

Premier global sports agency CAA Sports will represent Simpson for player contract negotiations, led by NFL agents Jimmy Sexton and Ed Berry.
